My favorite place to relax is beach because I can hear sound of waves, I can seat there and suntan or just go swimming. I go to the beach with my family or friends and we always have a picnic. When I eat my sandwich sand always get in it. It’s annoying but I like it. Then we play volleyball or go swimming.
Often I go to the beach in summer to get away from all my troubles that are bothering me. You know, when wind is blowing right in your face you feel yourself kind of free, I like that feeling. My favorite part begins when the sun goes down and first stars appear in the sky. I admire the sunset and starts while the waves are noisy in the background. I think it’s a great pastime.
Мое любимое место отдыха — пляж, потому что я могу слышать шум волн, я могу сесть и загорать или просто пойти поплавать. Я хожу на пляж с семьей или друзьями и мы всегда устраиваем пикник. Когда я ем бутерброд в него попадает песок. Это бесит, но я все равно люблю это. Потом мы идём играть в волейбол или плавать.
Часто я хожу на пляж летом, чтобы уйти от проблем которые меня волнуют. Знаете, когда ветер дует прямо в твоё лицо, ты чувствуешь себя в каком-то смысле свободным, я люблю это чувство. Моя любимая часть начинается тогда, когда солнце садится и первые звёзды появляются на небе. Я наслаждаюсь закатом и звёздами, пока волны шумят на фоне. Я думаю это отличное времяпровождение.
In summer our family often goes to the island, which is situated in the river Volga not far from our town Kozlovka.
We go there every weekend for two or three days. On the island near the beach there is a pine tree forest. We have a special place for our tents among the trees.
It is so fine to spend the night in nature. We enjoy beautiful landscapes, fresh air, peace and quietness of this area. In the evening we sit around the fire and talk, sing songs, looking at the smooth and calm river, the sunset in front of us. The river is always quiet in the evening. In the morning you can hear wonderful songs of different forest birds. There are plenty of things to do on the island. You can walk around the forest, swim in the river, sunbathe, go fishing and boating and you also can pick berries or mushrooms.
After the rest on the island we always feel refreshed, lively and cheerful. I think there can be no better resting place than in our native land.
Летом наша семья обычно отдыхает на острове, который располагается на реке Волга недалеко от нашего города Козловки.
Каждые выходные мы проводим там по три или четыре дня. На острове рядом с пляжем сосновый лес. Среди деревьев у нас приготовлено специальное место для палаток.
Так прекрасно ночевать на природе. Мы наслаждаемся великолепными пейзажами, свежим воздухом, спокойствием и тишиной этих мест. По вечерам мы собираемся около костра и разговариваем, поем песни, наблюдая за ровным и тихим течением реки, за закатом напротив нас. Река всегда спокойнаявечером. По утрам можно слушать удивительное пение разнообразных лесных птичек. Множество занятий можно найти на острове. Вы можете прогуляться по лесу, искупаться в речке, позагорать, порыбачить и покататься на лодке, а также вы сможете собирать грибы или ягоды.
После отдыха на острове мы всегда чувствуем себя освеженными, жизнерадостными и бодрыми. Я считаю, что нет лучше мест для отдыха, чем на нашей родной земле.

Most of all I like th have a rest on the Black sea coast with my parents. I went there last summer too. We stayed there for a fortnight. I went swimming every day. The weather was wonderful all the time, the water was warm and clean. We bathed and watched small fishes and jelly fish in the water. Sometimes we saw sea stars or sea shells there. Once we even saw a dolphin. We often sat on the beach and watched ships sailing in the distance or looked at numerous seagulls gliding over the sea. We ate ice-cream and fruit on the beach and lay in the sun. I had a nice tan by the end of our rest. I made a lot of friends and we played volleyball on the beach together. Every morning we had nice breakfast and a small run along the coast. We saw amazing waterfalls and visited a mountain lake. My days were full of different events and on returning back home in the evening I was exhausted but slept with a smile on my face. In a word, I had a wonderful time, and unforgettable experiences this summer. Next year I will certainly go to the seaside again.

My favorite place
My favorite place isn’t town. It is a small island on the Volga river. I go there with my family in summer.
There are many Islands on the Volga river. Why is this Island my favorite place? Well, I like it because there are no people. It is very quiet and green. There are some sea-gulls there. What do we do there? We have picnics, play badminton, swim a lot. We go by boat early in the morning, and come late in the evening. We enjoy our picnic very much.

На реке Волга есть много островов. Почему этот остров мое любимое место? Ну, мне нравится потому что здесь нет людей. Тут очень тихо и зелено. Здесь есть несколько чаек. Что мы делаем там? Sometimes a certain place on the earth itself chooses a person and begins to draw to themselves.Мой рассказ будет несколько необычным, и начну я его с небольшого отступления. У большинства людей любимым местом на земле есть то, где они хотя бы раз в своей жизни побывали, и им там очень понравилось. Многие скажут, что так оно и есть, а как же иначе? С точки зрения логики всё верно, но… Но, бывает и по-другому. О этом «по-другому» я и собираюсь вам вкратце рассказать.
Моим любимым местом на земле как раз и есть то место, где я никогда не был. Это Кайлас. Почему так, сейчас попытаюсь объяснить.
Многим людям свойственно путешествовать по разным интересным (с точки зрения конкретного человека) местам. Все подобные путешествия объединяет одно — по каким-либо критериям человек сам выбирает, куда ему поехать. Но, так бывает не всегда. Иногда определённое место на земле само выбирает человека и начинает его притягивать к себе.
